Very professional staff, pretty quiet area and scenic view from the room. The bedroom was separate and the bed was very exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was situated in the riverside location. I loved the brunch in the Giraffe, located nearby.

It was the best of Hillingdon hotels I visited before. Personnel were cheerful, location was cool, impressive place for overnight stay. I found a bar in the lobby.
Shame the bathroom was very cold.
